We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support kit assembly operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on building and preparing kits for job sites by accurately following work orders and instructions.
This is a hands-on position offering a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
Assemble kits based on detailed work orders and build instructions
Locate and pull materials accurately to complete kit builds
Prepare and stage completed kits for shipment
Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory
Pull and prepare orders for shipping
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience
Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with hands
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Consistent work history with no employment gaps greater than 3 months
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in plumbing or related industry (strong plus)
Background in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
Ability to quickly learn product details and warehouse processes
