Warehouse Associate - Forklift Driver (US)

Volt is immediately hiring for Forklift Operator in Baytown, TX.

As a Forklift Operator, you will:

• Receives and ships inbound or outbound freight to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Replenishes goods to self-serve area and sales floor.
• Selects goods for customers quickly, securely, and accurately in order to meet delivery and multichannel service standards.
• Uses technology to manage inventory while following policies and procedures.
• Handles goods with powered machinery such as forklift, powered pallet jack, etc.
• Cardboard baler - putting cardboard in the baler and pressing a button to compress.
• Adheres strictly to safety and security standards and procedures

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years warehouse, logistics or similar experience.
• Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for the length of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Certified or ability to attain certification in at least one powered mobile equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Shift:

1st shift: 5:00am to 3:30pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri)

 2nd shift: 5pm – 3:30 am (Wed-Sat)

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.96 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
