Performs a variety of warehouse tasks efficiently, safely and accurately to ensure customer service excellence.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Delivers specified product to various locations in a safe and efficient manner by driving short and long distances during the dayCoordinates with management safe and efficient delivery route At the time of delivery, verifies with the customer the correct product was delivered in a satisfactory conditionPerforms loading and unloading of truck, as neededMaintains all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA and company safety programsEnsures all required paperwork, including but not limited to shipping papers and Hazmat paperwork, is accurately completed and within possessionPerforms pre and post truck inspectionsMaintains truck maintenance recordsNotifies management of any safety issues with company vehiclesVerify, receive and put away incoming stock Pull, pack, stage and ship outgoing orders and transfersAssist customers with orders, as neededAssist customers in processing returns of warranty items and stock items Operate handheld scanners to receive, move and track inventory in and out of the facilityAssist management with inventory accuracy, including cycle count and physical inventoryMaintain cleanliness of warehouse and common areas to ensure an orderly and safe work environmentParticipate in after-hours Training classesWork overtime as assignedWork cooperatively with othersComply with all company policies and proceduresMaintain regular, punctual and reliable physical attendance While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; lay on the floor; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
