We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting production by managing warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Gain and apply knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Assist production through a basic understanding of warehouse processes.
- Crosstrain across multiple warehouse and production processes.
- Assist with cycle counts and manage inventory with strong attention to detail.
- Report damages and inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare material for shipping, including palletizing, waterproofing, and banding.
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment and work and storage areas to meet safety standards.
- Other tasks as trained and qualified to do.
Requirements for success
- Must be a team player, flexible, and willing to assist as needed.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
