Warehouse Associate – Full-Time | Lipsey’s | Baton Rouge, LA
Pay: $15/hour + Overtime ($22.50/hour)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off)

What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and process orders using modern warehouse technology and automation (including picking robots)
- Ensure accuracy when pulling and checking merchandise
- Assist with inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No warehouse experience required—we will train you
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs. regularly
- Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
