Job Overview: Warehouse Associate is responsible for helping the Shipping and Logistics Manager with unloading and loading of shipments. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and unloading inbound trucks. Will execute general clean-up and assist with building maintenance activities. Supports all safety, quality, and consistency initiatives in warehouse operations, using uniform procedures and best practices developed in coordination with other department leaders.

Position requires ability to observe, react, and move about; load/unload equipment and materials; drive a vehicle, forklift, & other light construction equipment; lift 100 pounds; work with little supervision; requires use of power tools, telephone, and equipment; exchange information verbally and in writing; color and depth-perception required.
Typical Working Conditions
The person in this position will work in both an outside and inside work environment – and is exposed to changing temperatures and elements; normal working hours Monday – Friday between 7:00am – 4:30pm, and overtime is sometimes required for completion of urgent activities.

Works under the general direction of the Warehouse Manager. Works independently within authority limits and experience level. Must establish priorities and execute daily objectives to meet deadlines and address urgent situations as they occur.
