POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting and serving customers and other warehouse staff with customer requests in a distribution warehouse setting. This role involves loading and unloading products and materials stocking andor shelving products helping with inventory and direct-to-customer supply and customer service. Additionally this role will be responsible for helping keep the warehouse surrounding grounds and yard in a neat and orderly condition.ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Load and unloadtrucks trailers or other transport devices manages the proper storage of items. Receive ship store andor move materials within the warehouse and maintains accurate records. Able to stay informed about product details and updates.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Must beat least18 years of age.High School Diploma or equivalent.Oneyearof experience in a warehouse or similar setting.Forklift certification or the ability to become certified training provided by employer.One year of customer service or sales experience preferred.Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.TRAVELREQUIREMENTS Travel to project sites or other Tenet locations as needed.
