Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated candidates with warehouse experience for a client in Alliance, OH. This is a great opportunity to join a company that specializes in high-quality, cost-effective air filtration solutions for the HVAC market. Join a company dedicated to quality and innovation. In this role, you will assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a contract-to-hire position where you can grow your skills and potentially become a permanent team member.

Hours:
First Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Pay:
$17.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading product
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Counting and verifying inventory
  • Marking and labeling stock
  • Driving to deliver products in a company vehicle as needed

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' experience in a warehouse environment
  • Valid driver’s license (client will run MVR)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
  • Valid driver’s license
