Role Summary: Reporting to the Location Manager, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the materials management function of the logistics department and indirectly supporting the overall sales function. Warehouse Associates are essential to the overall operation of the business. While specific daily tasks can vary depending on the company, a warehouse associate's main responsibility is ensuring that all stock is accounted for, processed, and organized to meet company standards.

What you'll need:
Work Experience: Entry level
Analytics/Computer Skills: Ability to use standard office equipment including computerized bar code scanners, printers, and standard warehouse equipment, tools, machines, and vehicles; basic math and reasoning skills
Organization Skills: Excellent work ethic; good verbal and communication skills; ability to work independently
Cross-functional Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and through the direction of a Supervisor or Lead Warehouse Associate
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; ability to request assistance when appropriate, especially when lifting heavy objects
Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, lift, pull, and push during entire work shift
Ability to climb stair/step ladders up to 16 steps
Physical Environment: Exposure to temperature conditions prevalent at the time; noise level consistent with that of a distribution center
