Position Overview: Twin River Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing warehouse activities, including inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
- Oversee forklift operation and ensure team members are properly trained and certified.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate orders, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective workflow.
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management software and assist with data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Forklift certification or relevant experience in operating forklifts.
- Leadership experience with at least 2 years of managing or leading teams.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is an absolute must.
- Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems or similar software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $50,000 ‒ $60,000 Annual
