In this full time, salaried position, work typically ranges between the hours of 9:30pm and 6:30am, Sunday Through Thursday (works into Friday morning), but may vary on occasion according to business needs. As a Warehouse Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the overall operations of the warehouse, including overseeing the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff and drivers while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of warehouse processes. This role involves managing a team (up to 8 employees), ensuring that operations meet quality standards, safety regulations, and company objectives. The 3rd shift Assistant Warehouse Manager will also collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and/or Branch Manager to implement improvements, enhance productivity, and maintain high operational standards.At DSG, we are dedicated to building futures one job at a time.
