What You'll Do as a Warehouse Assistant

  • Pack finished furniture according to company standards, ensuring every order is protected and ready for shipment.
  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and completeness before they leave the warehouse.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles while handling products safely and efficiently.
  • Organize inventory, stage orders, and move materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping schedules.
  • Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate records of finished goods and warehouse materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that supports efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Support local product deliveries and transportation needs as needed.


Our Ideal Warehouse Assistant

  • Experienced: Has at least 2 years of warehouse or customer service experience; comfortable with basic computer skills. Team lead experience is a plus.
  • Dependable: Consistently follows through on responsibilities, shows up ready to work, and takes pride in doing the job right.
  • Team-Oriented: Works well with others, communicates effectively, and contributes to a positive warehouse environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to product quality, labeling accuracy, and order fulfillment details.
  • Physically Capable: Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing hands-on warehouse tasks throughout the day.
  • Values-Driven: Demonstrates integrity, humility, respect for others, and a commitment to serving customers and coworkers well.
