Ability to perform warehouse and cold room duties in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling throughout shifts
Ability to work in a cold room / refrigerated environment
Experience or willingness to safely use carts, dollies, and hand trucks
Ability to reach, stretch, and position equipment as needed
Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet on a mezzanine (when required)
Reliable and punctual with availability Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Bilingual in English and Spanish (if applicable)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, if applicable)
