- 1 to 2 years of experience working as a warehouse lead with clear understanding of warehouse operating procedures and protocols.
- Full understanding of pick/pack/ship process in a distribution environment. Experience with RF Scanners highly desired
- Experience operating the sit-down, stand-up reach, cherry picker or turret forklift.

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead and support a team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Coordinate workflows across warehouse zones to meet daily goals
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming products
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy
- Palletize, label, weigh, and wrap outgoing shipments
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and turret trucks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of pick/pack/ship processes
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required for safety and operations)
- A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
Salary Range: $19.50/Hour
