The Warehouse and Shipping Manager will oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations, manage hourly team members, and ensure smooth coordination of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. The role involves maintaining compliance with safety and food quality standards, attending production meetings, and managing documentation related to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign work to hourly warehouse and shipping staff.
• Attend production meetings and collaborate with internal departments.
• Manage and record quality holds; ensure compliance with safety and food safety requirements.
• Coordinate the receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and ingredients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for warehouse operations.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely and efficient shipping and receiving.
• Promote a safe and organized working environment.
• Required Skills and Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required).
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar industry (a plus).

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• No travel required.
