Warehouse & Shipping Manager

The Warehouse & Shipping Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse, inventory, and outbound logistics operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, cost-effective transportation, and on-time delivery to customers. The position serves as a key operational leader, aligning production, warehousing, and transportation strategies with company goals.

The Warehouse & Shipping Manager oversees multi-site warehouse operations and standardized processes. Manages shipping and outbound logistics (LTL, FTL, parcel). Maintains accurate inventory and material control. Coordinates cross-functional operations with production and sales. Leads and develops warehouse and shipping teams. Enforces safety and compliance standards. Manages warehouse equipment and facilities. Tracks KPIs and manages budgets. Drives system improvements and data integrity.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5–10+ years in warehouse/shipping operations, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles. Experience managing multi-site operations.

Experience in manufacturing environments, ERP/WMS systems, Lean or Six Sigma certification, and transportation or fleet management.

Leadership, operational excellence, analytical thinking, financial acumen, and strong communication skills.

An industrial environment requires standing, walking, lifting, and traveling between facilities—exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

90% or higher on-time delivery, reduced freight costs, increased inventory accuracy, standardized processes, and improved safety metrics.

This role bridges production and delivery, controls logistics costs, and enables scalable operational growth while improving customer satisfaction.

Our organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
