What You'll Be Doing

• Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs
• Load/unload trucks and assist installers with job prep
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Track materials, verify orders, and maintain accurate records
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and organized
• Return overstock and process returns efficiently
• Ensure all jobs for the next day are fully prepped and ready to go

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of warehouse experience (trade industry a plus)
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent-this role is critical to the team
• Comfortable following systems, processes, and safety procedures
• Basic computer or inventory experience is helpful but not required
• Team player with a positive, get-it-done attitude
