Join the Staff Management | SMX team as a Warehouse 2nd Shift Picker/Packer in Fort Worth, TX. Our premier client, Callaway Golf, is a global leader in the sporting goods industry and a great opportunity for long-term employment. We're immediately hiring for this role.
Shift Information :
+ 2nd shift:Monday - Friday (Saturdays & Sundays required if scheduled during peak season), 4:00PM - 4:00AM
+ Hours subject to change due to mandatory overtime and ranges 8-10 hours (10-12 hours during peak)

Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour
Duties:
Associates in this role work between departments. Job duties include various tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving and associates must be detail oriented.
Associates will be asked to:
+ Perform general warehouse duties in various departments
+ Pick orders with an RF Scanner, print and place labels to scan
+ Lift, sort, and stack boxes (up to 60lbs.)
+ Handle other general duties as assigned to receive or process orders for shipment

Position Requirements:
+ Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment desired, but is not required
+ Able to read and count accurately and follow verbal and written directions in English
+ Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of shift up to 12 hours
+ Willing to cross-train in other departments within the warehouse
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
