Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience working in home improvement, building materials, or retail warehouse environments such as Lowe' s or Home Depot. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing building materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Pull and stage customer and production orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
  • Organize building products.
  • Assist customers and team members in locating and loading materials when needed.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, and loading zones clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Work closely with shipping, receiving, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Experience
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse, lumber yard, building supply company, or home improvement retailer such as Lowe' s, Home Depot, or a similar environment.
  • Experience handling construction materials, hardware, or building products.
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
