Seeking compassionate volunteers to brighten the lives of hospice patients through various activities such as playing music, praying, aromatherapy, therapy dog visits, making memory bears, and supporting bereaved families.
Volunteers provide companionship, socialization, and spiritual support in patients' homes or facilities.
Roles include direct care, therapy dog visits, music companions, spiritual companions, legacy project helpers, and bedside vigil supporters for actively dying patients.
Training is free and flexible; volunteers can choose their area of service.
Students aged 15+ are encouraged to volunteer, either indirectly or by visiting patients with peers.
