At Endeavor HCBS, we're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities - and we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
No prior experience in the field? That's okay.
If you've cared for others, you already have the foundation.
As a DSP, you will:
• Provide 1-on-1 support in a home or community setting
• Assist with daily living activities (routine, hygiene, meals, etc.)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help individuals build life skills and independence
• Support participation in community activities
• Act as a mentor and positive role model
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy caregiving, mentoring, and helping others grow.
• $18.50/hour starting pay

• CPR, First Aid & Article 9 certifications included
