Walgreens is seeking Customer Service Associates to assist customers, operate cash registers, and support daily retail store operations. Customer Service Associates are responsible for greeting customers, operating the register, processing cash and card payments, assisting customers with product questions, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Associates may also assist with photo services, online order pickups, and inventory tasks. This position typically pays $14 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts depending on location and experience.
Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing customer service, handling transactions, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, assisting customers with finding products, processing returns, helping with photo printing services, assisting with online order pickups, and maintaining store cleanliness. Employees must follow Walgreens customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and store operational guidelines.
