This is a 13 week contract, dayshift, 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts, 0800-1630. Current Washington State SUDP license; 2 years experience in addiction treatment; two year degree or equivalent; Bachelors or Masters preferred; trainees with at least 1800 hours work experience, active SUDP license as a counselor by State of Washington, must work as part of a multi-disciplinary team; reports to Clinical Supervisor. The SUDP is responsible for providing, coordinating and directing individualized Substance Use Disorder treatment to all assigned patients. Responsible for conducting psycho-educational lectures, both individual and group counseling and documentation of patient progress in the medical record.
