We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer (.NET) with strong hands-on expertise in development and cloud technologies. This role requires an individual who can independently drive projects, mentor teams, leverage AI tools, and contribute to architectural decisions while ensuring high-quality delivery and support. Manages and participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design using Agile methodologies. Serve as technical expert on development projects · Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements · Support, maintain, and document software functionality · Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation · Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed · Manages and participates in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements · Collaborate & lead tech teams consisting of employees & vendor company contractors in planning and execution, serving as a technology leader · Collaborate with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
