The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS) integrated within SAP environments. This role requires someone who can lead workshops, configure the solution based on client requirements, and serve as a trusted advisor in a client-facing capacity.Key Responsibilities Lead client-facing workshops to gather business requirements related to workforce management, time tracking, and scheduling.Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and related modules.Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment between configuration and business objectives.Provide expert input on integration with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / Payroll systems.Create functional design documents, configuration specifications, and testing scenarios.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.Offer training and knowledge transfer to end-users and client teams.Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience with Workforce Software (WFS) implementations, preferably in an SAP environment.Strong experience configuring WFS modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or Absence Management.Proven ability to lead workshops and engage with client stakeholders across business and technical teams.Experience with integrations between WFS and SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors / SAP Payroll systems.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables effectively.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
