  • Make outbound calls to warm and inbound leads
  • Quote through PL Rater and carrier systems
  • Build client relationships that lead to retention and referrals
  • Keep notes and tasks up to date in AgencyZoom throughout the day
  • Work toward daily activity and production goals with coaching and support
  • Deliver a top-tier client experience with every interaction

Requirements

  • P&C license preferred, but not required. We can help the right candidate get licensed.
  • Previous sales or client service experience
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Attention to detail when quoting and documenting client notes
