Job Overview:
The Technology Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing technology solutions within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of technology systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate technology systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Support the implementation and integration of new technology solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of technology tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for system updates and changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technology analysis or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Pay Range: $42- $45
