Brown & Brown is seeking a VP, SR Benefits Consultant to join our growing team in Plano, TX !

The VP, SR Benefits Consultant is responsible for employee benefits and account management responsibilities. This includes day-to-day client contact and assistance with daily service functions. Utilizes technical expertise to retain present clients. Administers marketing and renewal functions. Assists Team Lead in servicing the financial consulting needs of the employee benefit clients. Evaluates financial and utilization metrics for clients including but not limited to monthly financial reports, utilization metrics and benchmarks as well as assist with other ad hoc reports and analysis.

How You Will Contribute:

• Intermediate level of compliance, benchmarking, renewal & marketing, reporting & analytics, and able to perform these functions with little guidance. Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
