They will lead hiring, training, coaching, and succession planning for plant personnel, while tracking performance metrics related to productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and all regulatory standards such as OSHA, USDA, FDA, and HACCP is essential.
Additionally, they will develop and maintain a robust employee safety program to promote a safe work environment.
