Tax Director
Position Summary
The Tax Director provides enterprise-wide tax leadership for PrimeSource Brands and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax provision, tax compliance, tax planning, and tax controversy management. This role partners closely with executive leadership, Treasury, Accounting, Legal, and external advisors to ensure tax compliance, manage risk, optimize the company's tax position, and support strategic business initiatives. The Tax Director also leads complex transactions, strengthens tax processes and controls.
