Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, annual business objectives, and market growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, depletion, and market share goals
  • Lead and direct sales leadership teams, providing coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development to build organizational capability
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry partners to drive strategic alignment and business growth
  • Partner with supplier leadership to develop annual business plans, distribution objectives, promotional strategies, and investment priorities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend business solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 15 plus years of specific experience and 10 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
