About The Role
This role is crucial for scaling our client's enterprise sales operations in the healthcare sector. You'll lead strategic initiatives to expand partnerships and enhance pipeline development, directly contributing to the organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the enterprise sales motion.
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across various healthcare groups and partnerships.
- Expand and diversify pipeline generation strategies beyond traditional outbound channels.
- Partner with Marketing leadership to align messaging and sales enablement.
- Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM utilization.
- Evaluate and optimize existing sales structures and strategies.
- Participate in strategic enterprise relationship development and high-value sales opportunities.
- Help define and scale the long-term enterprise growth strategy.
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in healthcare enterprise sales or business development.
- Proven track record in building pipeline and driving growth in healthcare services or technology.
- Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alternative growth channels.
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider ecosystems and buying processes.
- Ability to operate tactically and strategically simultaneously.
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to execute directly when needed.
