What You Will Do
Lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the government sector.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales metrics and improve pipeline management.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs.
Drive the adoption of AI solutions within government organizations to enhance service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Background
8–20 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the software or technology sector.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong familiarity with Salesforce and its application in sales processes.
Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the government or enterprise markets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Preferred
Experience in a startup environment, particularly in a Series A funded company.
Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in public sector solutions.
Established network within government agencies or related organizations.
Compensation and Benefits
