Description
Position Summary: The Vice President of Sales and Distribution is responsible for developing and executing the Company's sales and distribution strategy, achieving revenue and growth targets, and managing day to day sales operations across all markets. This role owns both tactical sales execution and the design, optimization, and performance of the Company's distribution channels, including agency, broker, and program partnerships. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Agency Relations and works closely with executive leadership while maintaining primary responsibility for field execution, distribution channel performance, and operational alignment.
Note: This is a hybrid position that requires attendance each Monday and Wednesday at our St. Petersburg, FL office. Associates based outside the Tampa Bay region are required to be on site periodically.
