Job Details

We are seeking a senior rail executive to step into a high-impact leadership role on a multi-billion-dollar transit program in Los Angeles. This position sits on the owner side, overseeing design-build delivery and driving outcomes across schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment.

This is not a traditional project role — this is a program-level leadership seat with direct visibility to executive stakeholders and influence across one of the most significant rail infrastructure programs in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive oversight of design-build rail delivery
Act as the owner’s representative across engineering, construction, and program teams
Drive schedule, cost, and risk management at the program level
Lead coordination between contractors, designers, and public stakeholders
Support high-level decision-making, including change management and claims avoidance
Ensure alignment with regulatory, funding, and reporting requirements
