Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Vice President of Pharmacy Services for an exciting Travel or Local job in Henderson, NV.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for pharmacy clinical services, operations, compliance, and expense management
- Support division and facility strategic plans to advance pharmacy services and improve patient care outcomes
- Lead cost containment initiatives and evaluate pharmacy purchasing patterns
- Develop pharmacy business process models to optimize operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with facility leadership, Supply Chain, HealthTrust, and Clinical Services Group teams
- Analyze operational and financial data to make strategic recommendations and drive process improvement
- Oversee pharmacy operational accountability across multiple facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement system-wide pharmacy initiatives and best practices
- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence through stakeholder collaboration
- Support quality improvement and regulatory preparedness initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience required
- Multi-site acute care pharmacy leadership experience required
- Active Pharmacist License required
- Nevada Pharmacist License required
- Strong executive leadership presence and strategic operational experience
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), MBA, or MS preferred
- Experience as a high-level Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, Division/Market Director, or VP of Pharmacy preferred
- Strong background in acute care pharmacy operations and leadership
