This executive role is responsible for driving operational strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery while aligning local operations with the company’s broader growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities of a VP:
As Vice President of Operations, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership across all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability
- Drive operational excellence through performance management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, including staff and independent contractor drivers
- Oversee fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization, reliability, and maintenance standards
- Champion safety, compliance, and training initiatives in alignment with regulatory and company requirements
- Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and market expansion initiatives
- Ensure consistent delivery of service excellence while meeting contractual and customer expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization
Qualifications of a VP:
- 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or a related field
- Demonstrated success driving operational performance, financial outcomes, and business growth
- Strong executive presence with exceptional leadership, organizational, and team development skills
- Proven ability to influence, communicate, and execute across all levels of an organization
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to operational excellence
