Position Overview:
The VP of Operations - Manufacturing & Logistics is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, warehousing, and distribution, with a focus on operational efficiency, cost management, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end operations function across manufacturing and logistics.
  • Implement and optimize supply chain strategies to improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives including lean manufacturing, automation, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with business goals.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee budgets, KPIs, and operational reporting to ensure consistent performance improvements.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and process improvement in industrial or distribution settings.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational leadership.
