We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Growth to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth company where you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and tactical execution of our company's marketing initiatives. This role will require a combination of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, creative problem solving, and a hands-on approach to team management. You will be responsible for driving growth across all marketing channels, with a particular focus on digital marketing, e-commerce and customer acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that maximizes customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
2. Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
3. Work closely with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
4. Leverage data and analytics to drive insights, make decisions and measure performance.
5. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across all marketing channels.
6. Drive innovation in our marketing strategies and tactics, staying ahead of the curve on industry trends and emerging technologies.
7. Oversee the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand, engage our target audience, and deliver on our business objectives.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to optimize the customer journey and drive growth.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing.
2. Proven experience in driving growth through digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, preferably in a Shopify environment.
3. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
5. Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and performance marketing channels.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
7. Proven ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
9. Strong understanding of the marketing industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies.
