CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing for a private, growth-stage consumer brand in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As the VP of Growth Marketing, you will lead acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives while improving campaign performance, recurring revenue, and customer engagement. · Lead acquisition and retention initiatives across paid media, email/lifecycle marketing, and digital engagement channels
· Improve recurring revenue, retention, and customer reactivation efforts
· Audit and optimize funnels, campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer journeys
· Drive testing, experimentation, and campaign performance optimization
· Partner with internal teams and external agencies to improve marketing execution and scalability
· Hands-on experience building and optimizing acquisition channels
· Strong background in lifecycle/email marketing, retention strategy, paid media, and conversion optimization
· Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-stage, or entrepreneurial environments
· Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and testing to guide decisions
· Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
· Klaviyo or similar lifecycle/email marketing platforms
· Meta and Google paid media ecosystems
· Analytics, attribution, and audience segmentation tools

· Salary/Pay: $180K/year (+/- based on experience) + 20% bonus + equity potential
