Fusion Education Group is a fast-growing organization with a nationwide network of private middle and high schools (grades 4–12). We’re seeking a hands-on VP of Finance / Controller to lead all accounting and transactional finance functions for our rapidly growing, multi-site, multi-state organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role is critical to building scalable financial infrastructure, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliant, lender-ready reporting. As a hands-on leader, you will balance high-level strategic financial planning with deep engagement in day-to-day accounting, including month-end close, cash management, and lender covenant compliance.

Reporting to the CFO, this position is based in Grand Rapids, MI at our corporate offices and will be hybrid with a split of the person's time requiring them in the office a few days a week and remote work otherwise.
