About the Role:

Loyal Source seeks a dynamic leader to spearhead our technological vision, execution, and operational excellence in data. The VP of Enterprise Technology will oversee data strategy, operations, and innovation to align with business goals, ensuring Loyal Source becomes a leader in government services. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, requiring a proven track record in technology leadership—ideally within staffing, recruitment, or government contracting industries. The VP will manage and align enterprise applications, ensuring efficient delivery across the organization while maintaining adherence to regulatory and quality standards like ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Lead Loyal Source Government Services in consolidating data into a data lake/data warehouse structure.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data transformation strategy to support organizational growth.
• Drive innovation to enhance workforce solutions and operational efficiency through data.
• Translate C-Suite and executive priorities into measurable KPIs and actionable dashboards.

Operational Excellence:

• Build and maintain a unified data environment integrating Salesforce, Bullhorn ATS, Workday Financials and HCM, Azure, and other systems in concert with the Delivery Systems Manager.
• Address issues of data fragmentation, accessibility, and trust for reliable and actionable insights.
• Optimize processes for long-term sustainability, balancing rapid response with operational consistency.

Team and Process Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the data support team, including the Data Systems Manager, fostering collaboration and improvement.
• Oversee system performance and optimization for platforms like Salesforce and Workday Support Teams and proprietary tools, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure data governance aligns with ISO 9001 standards, improving quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure robust data security across all platforms in conjunction with the CISO.

Use Cases for Impact:

• Leverage dashboards for roles like CEO and CFO to enhance decision-making with tailored insights.
• Address staffing issues with predictive metrics to improve contract retention and profitability.
• Optimize contract staffing costs through data-driven insights, ensuring performance standards are met cost-effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years in technological leadership, with experience in staffing, recruitment, or government contracting preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing a data consolidation strategy for a large organization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, Power BI, Tableau, and ATS systems like TargetRecruit or Bullhorn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in PMP or similar.
• Experience driving data integration and operational improvements.
• Deep knowledge of data analytics, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA):

• Strong experience is leading enterprise applications teams in SalesForce and Workday (HCM & Financials), Bullhorn for SalesForce ATS.
• Expertise in integrating data platforms for seamless operations and reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable, data-driven decisions
• Strategic vision and leadership capabilities with a focus on innovation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
• Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and lead change initiatives
