Our client is seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee enterprise Intelligence & Insights engineering capabilities. This role will lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of modern reporting and analytics platforms that support critical business decision-making across the organization.

You'll guide a multidisciplinary engineering organization while driving modernization initiatives focused on cloud-native analytics, enterprise reporting, automation, and scalable data platforms. Success in this role requires a blend of technical leadership, architectural expertise, and organizational development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead engineering teams responsible for enterprise reporting and analytics
  • Define long-term analytics platform strategy and architecture
  • Modernize reporting and visualization capabilities
  • Drive cloud adoption and automation initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders to prioritize analytics investments
  • Establish governance and engineering standards
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent
  • Improve reliability, scalability, and operational excellence

Role Requirements:
  • 8+ years building enterprise analytics solutions
  • 4+ years leading technical teams
  • Experience with enterprise BI platforms
  • Strong cloud platform experience
  • Deep understanding of data architecture and modeling
  • Modern software engineering experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience designing scalable analytics platforms
