What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring engineering and technical services teams
Supporting the design, execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical power systems
Partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges
Helping strengthen engineering processes, operational scalability, and execution consistency
Driving collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, field services, and project teams
Supporting strategic growth initiatives and customer solution development
Helping build a high-performance engineering culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in electrical power systems, switchgear, or critical power infrastructure
Experience leading engineering or technical teams in customer-focused environments
Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field support
Ability to balance technical expertise with leadership and operational execution
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred
