What This Role Is
Home Love Construction is actively expanding and seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and increase inbound opportunities.
This role is responsible for building and scaling revenue-generating relationships, expanding market presence, and creating systems that support consistent business growth. The VP of Business Development works cross-functionally to align outreach, partnerships, and growth initiatives with overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth Strategy
- Strengthen brand positioning and growth opportunities
- Identify and pursue new partnerships and revenue channels
- Expand market presence and drive inbound business growth
Relationship Building & Partnerships
- Develop and strengthen referral networks and strategic partnerships
- Build long-term relationships that contribute to company growth
- Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement with key partners
Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align growth initiatives
- Manage timelines, outreach efforts, and execution of development strategies
- Ensure all initiatives are organized, effective, and results-driven
Events & Industry Presence
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility and market positioning
- Support initiatives that enhance brand credibility and reach
Tracking & Performance
- Monitor effectiveness of business development efforts
- Track partnerships, pipeline activity, and growth metrics
- Ensure initiatives contribute to measurable revenue and expansion
