Overview
The VP Med Practice - Women and Children programs is a senior provider leader with system-level accountability for clinical quality, safety, high value patient experience, operational performance, and strategic execution across an assigned area.
This role partners in a dyad/triad model with administrative and operational leaders to define vision, strategic direction, and ensure consistent execution of system priorities, standards, and best practices.
The VP Med Practice leads complex change initiatives, advances value-based care, supports financial stewardship, and develops physician and advanced practice providers (APPs) to achieve organizational goals. The VP Med Practice demonstrates a strong commitment to patient-centered, equitable care and fosters an inclusive, ethical, and psychologically safe environment for patients, families and staff. This role reports to the SVP, Specialty Practice.
This leadership role will be 1.0 FTE (.5 Leadership/.5 Clinical). The Clinical component could be as an MD/DO or APP within a Women and Children's specialty.
