  • Lead and shape the strategy for Service Desk, Field Support, and IT service management, anticipating emerging technologies and business needs.

  • Drive operational excellence, adopting AI, automation, and self-service tools to improve efficiency and resolution times.

  • Implement and mature ITSM best practices (e.g., ITIL, SIAM, ESM) to optimize workflows and service delivery.

  • Champion a user-centric approach, improving satisfaction, service levels, and business alignment.

  • Monitor performance through analytics, KPIs, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing, diverse team with future-ready skills.

  • Ensure support processes align with cybersecurity, compliance, and privacy standards.

  • Lead incident response, business continuity planning, and organizational change initiatives.

  • Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

  • 10+ years of progressive IT support and service management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • ITIL v4 (or later) certification required.
  • Proven track record in transformation, automation, and modernizing IT service delivery.

  • Experience with AI/automation in IT support, cloud-based service platforms, and remote/hybrid workforce support.

  • Technical fluency in cloud, automation, cybersecurity, and modern support tools.
