The VP will ensure a consistent, high-impact people partnership model globally while responding to the evolving needs of the business.
- Lead and evolve the global People Strategy Partners model, ensuring alignment to business strategy, growth priorities, and organizational maturity
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness
- Partner closely with Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition to deliver integrated, end-to-end people solutions
- Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives including change management, team effectiveness, and culture transformation
- Leverage workforce insights and people data to inform decision-making and proactively address business challenges
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and governance while balancing local market considerations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing global team of People Strategy Partners, building strong consulting, influence, and business acumen capabilities
- Act as a steward of Proofpoint's culture, values, and leadership expectations throughout the organization
