Role Type: Full-time
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + annual performance bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
Osaic is seeking a VP / Head of Product Due Diligence to lead and evolve the firm’s end-to-end investment product evaluation, governance, and risk management function. This senior leader will oversee due diligence across all investment products and platforms while modernizing the diligence capability through technology, data, and advanced analytics.
This role is both a steward of risk and a strategic partner for growth, balancing regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities with the need to deliver innovative, scalable investment solutions for Osaic’s network of 10,000+ independent financial advisors. The ideal candidate is recognized as a thought leader in product governance, a trusted voice with senior leadership and regulators, and a strong advocate for data‑driven decision‑making.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
