They will lead all revenue activities including retail, marketing, wholesale and procurement. This strategic role will drive revenue growth across the company and requires strong skills in financial modeling, proforma analysis, and revenue forecasting to support sustainable growth.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee and align Retail, Marketing, and Procurement functions to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Develop and execute strategic growth plans that balance long-term vision with short-term performance targets.Use data and forecasting to inform business decisions, including financial modeling, proformas, and revenue projections.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance cross-functional communication.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and adjust strategy as needed to hit growth goals.Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion opportunities, new store launches, and market positioning.Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams in a dynamic, regulated industry.Required Skills & ExperienceProven leadership in growth, operations, or strategy, ideally within cannabisStrong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and proforma modelingDemonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across cross-functional teamsData-driven decision-making and familiarity with cannabis market dynamics and complianceExcellent communication, leadership, and change management skillsExciting opportunity to help drive the growth of one of Nevada's fastest-growing cannabis companies and play a key role in its continued success.Competitive Base Salary + BenefitsWe sincerely look forward to connecting with you soon!FlowerHire is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
